•Our FIRST session will include: a free consultation to discuss injuries/pains, limitations and goals, a review of basic foundational poses and breathing techniques, a personalized modification plan that would best benefit your body where its at now, and ending with a relaxing meditation. We will walk through a typical slow-flow/gentle class one step at a time and find what works and doesn’t work for you. You will end feeling confident, equipped and completely calmed. Following, you will receive a detailed summary of our session so you can continue practicing in your own home. What’s even better, this session can be done in the comfort of your own home, or office. I will come to you and bring everything you’ll need. The initial session lasts between 1-1.5hrs. – Continued private sessions can be arranged if you decide this is something you enjoy. It will be a tailor-made class, from start to finish, just for you using all the modifications you have learned.)

•Doing things with friends always makes it better. Maybe you’re looking for a specific type of class and you want to do it in the comfort of your own home or with the comfort of friends. We can create a class just for you, whether its for a party, gathering, event, or just something you want to do weekly. Class types range from Stretch & Restore, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Vinyasa+Energize (with cardio bursts), and Yoga Basics/Foundations Workshops.
