30 Day Smoothie/Juice Challenge:
DAY 28: Recipe of the Day
1 Cup POM – 100% Pomegranate Mango Juice
1 Cup Frozen Mangoes
1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
BLEND until smooth and ENJOY! Today I was out of Frozen Peaches, but you could throw in some of those and whole frozen strawberries too, just add more juice. YUM!
Want some extra fiber?
Add some of these to your smoothie:
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 handful of almonds
The seeds will blend right in without altering the flavor, but the almonds will change it slightly with a subtle nutty taste, still super delicious though!!!
