30 Day Smoothie/Juice Challenge: DAY 29

 

DAY 29: Recipe of the Day

Vanilla Green Smoothie

Ingredients

    • 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
    • 3 Pears, peeled (frozen if possible)
    • 3 stalks of Kale, bones removed
    • 1 Tbsp RAW Honey (or use your favorite natural sweetener)**
    • 5 ice cubes (if you don’t use frozen pears)
Instructions

Peel skin from pears, dice into small pieces, and toss into blender. Pulse a few times and then add kale and vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth!!
