Raspberry Pear Cucumber Smoothie
- 1 cup Raspberries (frozen)
- 2 Pears (you can use fresh & freeze slices or just toss in fresh)
- 1 medium Cucumbers
- 1/2 cup Water
Make it a GREEN Smoothie by adding in a handful or two of spinach, 1/2 cup more raspberries, and 1/2 cup more water. To keep it raw and a little sweeter add in a handful of grapes or another pear.
Blend it all up until smooth and ENJOY.
