Cucumber Watermelon Smoothie
- 2 1/2 heaping cups watermelon, seeded
- 6-8 frozen strawberries, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, halved (peel skin if not organic AND for a less pulpy texture )
- 4 basil leaves
- 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
Combine ingredients in blender, adding the cucumbers first. Blend until smooth. Serve and ENJOY!
