I’m totally IN LOVE with Cucumbers, especially this delicious and super simple Cucumber Pineapple Refresher. It also makes a great Pre or Post Workout drink to recharge and replenish, and of course R E F R E S H ! ! !


 Cucumber Pineapple Refresher

  • 2 medium cucumbers, juiced (peel skin first if not organic)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, juiced
  • half a lemon, squeezed
  • crushed ice

Take the juice from the cucumber and pineapple and squeeze in half of a lemon. Fill a tall cup with crushed ice and pour in juice.


*add a couple Cucumber Slices to your glass in between the ice for a pretty look.

*for a berry flavor add a 1/4 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries in between the ice. Note that the berries will slightly altar the green color as the berries melt. Still delicious!

*spice it up with some freshly grated ginger. You can add the ginger straight to the glass or cut a small chunk and add to the juicer while juicing the cucumber and pineapple.
