Here are some awesome Recipes inspired by B E R R I E S that are sure to Tantalize the Taste buds.
Very Berry Protein Smoothie
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, Chunked
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries (to add a chill, instead of the ice)
- 2 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt (plain, vanilla, or any fruit variety)
*Greek Yogurt packs in 3-4x more protein than regular yogurt and usually has more natural ingredients, especially without the fructose corn syrup. My favorite brand to buy is Chobani. We aren’t big dairy consumers in my house, but every once in awhile I will throw a Chobani yogurt in my kids lunch.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve and Enjoy.
