Try this H E A R T Y breakfast smoothie to fill you up and start your day right!
Morning Breakfast Smoothie
*packed full of Fiber
- 1 small Banana, sliced
- 1/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple, chunked
- 1 Cup Coconut Water (add more as needed depending on the power of your blender)
- 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Handful of Fresh Baby Spinach
Combine Pineapple Chunks, Strawberries, Banana Slices and Coconut Water and pulse blend to mix ingredients and release liquids. Then add Flax Seed, Blueberries, Raspberries, Mango and blend on puree. Add in Spinach and continue blending until smooth.
