My Allergy Free & Whole Foods Kitchen

Everyone has their own way around the kitchen, their own special blend of go-to spices, and their own creative cooking and baking styles. When faced with changing the one thing we control in our lives: FOOD, we can easily become frustrated and feel like we are being stripped from enjoying the foods we have always loved.

I’m here to tell you that

FOOD IS FUN,

FOOD IS DELICIOUS,

and

FOOD CAN STILL BE GOOD

AND GOOD FOR YOU!!!

When faced with change, stare it in the face, open up your mind, and throw out all your old ways of viewing food. Find some inspiration in new dishes and new foods you haven’t tried before. Things you never imagined making might become the easiest to make favorites in your kitchen.

Here is a glimpse of all the types of foods you will find in my kitchen. Mostly everything is Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free, Chocolate Free, and Peanut Free, but there are a few exceptions. I try my best to keep the house free of the Allergens we cannot have, but given that we each have a different list of those allergens, a few of someones favorites will still sneak in from time to time. We strive to be as healthy as possible from our at home meals to packing school lunches to eating out, but we aren’t perfect and a splurge here and there is normal and accepted. It’s all about choosing more WHOLE foods that are free of all the chemical additives, just simple, whole foods from every food group, and making that part of your daily eating life. Your body will definitely THANK YOU for giving it the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs and avoiding those allergy triggers by not cheating when it comes to your health. You will have more energy and begin radiating from the inside out!
