Strawberries are commonly known for their teeth whitening properties, but I had no idea that banana peels could be used for anything other than compost until I began studying the properties of the foods we eat. It’s amazing how many natural remedies are found in a simple fruit or vegetable without adding any extra chemicals. All the health care you need can be found right in your garden or kitchen. It makes sense though when you think of how people lived and healed their bodies before technology turned everything into a synthetic versions. Now please do not get me wrong and think I am telling you to stop visiting your dentist and stop using your products. What I am saying is that there are more natural ways to achieve results like teeth whitening all the way to healing your body from sicknesses and even disease just by using FOOD.
Many of the quick teeth whitening kits can have adverse side effects like making your gums swell, bleed, or ache. Just think also, that the chemicals found in these products are seeping into your blood stream and affecting more than just your teeth. It is important to properly and carefully evaluate what you are putting in or on your body before beginning any at home treatment and I do recommend seeing a dentist on a regular schedule, dentist like my own LA Dental Town will do more than just whiten teeth! Healthy mouths is what we want! The great thing about using and trying out natural remedies is that the only side effects you will experience are all the minerals, nutrients, and vitamins found in the foods you are using.
