So, I meant to post this yesterday, but I just didn’t have enough time!! (don’t you just hate when that happens!)

30 Day Squat Challenge

This has got to be the easiest way to get motivated and kick start you into “workout mode” again! I started this a few weeks back and then got sick and fell off the bandwagon! When I saw it circulate again, I thought….”YES, come on Christina, get back on track!” This challenge is easy to commit to! A certain number of squats each day and you can do it right when you wake up, right before you go to bed, or whenever you want throughout the day without too much hassle. I started officially (again) yesterday, but you can start right now as you are reading this! It will be just what you need to SQUASH your Excuses…. SQUATS!
