DAY 2

 

(Today I’ve got 2 recipes for you to try, one juice and one smoothie blend)

Sweet n’ Green Juice

  • 3 Pears
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 3 Romaine leaves
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach

Juice. Enjoy.

 

Strawberry Green beet apple mint juiceMachine

  • 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen
  • 1 small Apple, diced
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup POM Juice (you can also dilute it and do 1/2 water or Apple, Pear, White Grape will work too)

Blend. Enjoy. If your blender is a lower quality blender just add a bit at a time and use a celery stalk or spoon to stir and re-blend.
