I feel so much better about this. I mean, Green Smoothies, whats Not to love? They power-pack in much more nutrients than a regular old smoothie. 30 Day Smoothie/Juice Challenge:

DAY 4

 DAY 4: Recipe of the Day

 Sweet n’ Spicy Green

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 2 handfuls Baby Spinach
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 2 inch chunk Ginger Root
  • 1-2 Tbsp Agave (optional for a little extra sweetness)

Juice each ingredient one at a time, add agave for a little extra sweetness if you desire, stir and enjoy. Pour over ice for a chilled taste.
