Green Ginger Goodness Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 Kale Leaves, ripped into pieces
  • 1 Organic Green Apple, cored & cut into chunks
  • 1 Organic rib of Celery, cut into chunks
  • 3-4 inch piece of Organic Cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 1-2 inch piece of Ginger, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 1 Organic Lemon, cut rind off & remove seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 – 1 Cup Filtered Water

Instructions:

Toss all your ingredients into the blender. If you don’t have a higher quality blender you will need to blend a little longer to achieve a smoother texture. You may want to add water slowly until you get the consistency you like OR you can try adding in an ingredient at a time and blending with a little water and continue adding & blending.
