I LOVE Juicing Cucumbers, Spinach, and Kale with Ginger, Lemon, & Pears. This is probably one of my most favorite go-to combinations. It’s so Light and Refreshing and I can add a fruity burst to it by tossing a couple frozen berries in my glass and letting them melt into the juice, and then I eat them out with a spoon (but don’t tell anyone I told you that…LOL!). Here is a Snappity Instagram Pic of my juicing adventures…

Other than Juicing and Blending, I am trying to be conscious of what I allow myself to eat. It’s too easy to give in to all my cravings. Despite having hindering food allergies, I can still consume much more sugar than I should and that is really just so unhealthy for my body. Stress and Lack of Sleep can do a number on your body from hormonal imbalance to a weakened immune system. Juicing and Blending help to counteract the effects of the lack of nutrients your body gets by super-boosting it quickly all at once. There are no worries of getting your daily dose of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients when you can get so many in just one small glass. You can easily hide in the veggies you have a hard time eating enough of under the cover of sweet fruits. Your mental clarity, sharpness, coordination, metabolism, skin, hair, and nails are all positively affected by Juicing and Smoothie Blending. You can achieve success with weight loss, reverse high cholesterol and a myriad of other health problems as well. It’s time to get back to FOOD the way Food was intended…WHOLE, PURE, RAW, GOOD!
