This is a simple and delicious low fat soup recipe that makes a perfect snack or complement to a raw meal. It is also an excellent recipe for weight loss because it is rich in fiber, so it fills you up without leaving you feeling hungry. Since this is a raw soup, you do not heat it. If you have a high-speed blender like the Blendtec, you can use the “soup” button to warm it.
- 2 medium golden delicious apples, cored
- 1/2 a small lime, peeled
- 10 to 12 mint leaves
