Here is my ABJ in a cup!
ABJ – Almond Butter
& Mixed Berries Smoothie
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 Heaping Spoon of Organic Raw Almond Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk*
- 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. *Add more Almond Milk if needed. Serve and Enjoy!
**Try adding a banana, 2Tbsp Ground Flax Seed, or 1/4 Cup Oats for an even heartier breakfast smoothie. Just add a little water to the mix for easier blending. Make it in a To-Go-Cup and head out the door in the morning. You will feel full and satisfied. Drink lots of water. Enjoy a Refresher Water Midday and if you are eating a meal try some fresh whole fruits or veggies (crisp apple slices, baby carrots, celery sticks) or a handful of raw nuts and seeds.
