Kale Peach Banana Smoothie
- 2 stalks of Kale, bones removed
- 2 Peaches, diced (you can use fresh or frozen)*
- 1 Banana, diced
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 3-4 Cubes of Ice*
Blend until smooth and Enjoy.
*If using frozen peaches, omit the ice cubes. (Also you can peel, dice, and freeze the banana too)
