Kale Peach Banana Smoothie



  • 2 stalks of Kale, bones removed
  • 2 Peaches, diced (you can use fresh or frozen)*
  • 1 Banana, dicedkale peach banana smoothie
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 3-4 Cubes of Ice*

Blend until smooth and Enjoy.

*If using frozen peaches, omit the ice cubes. (Also you can peel, dice, and freeze the banana too)
