Chai Tea Latte Smoothie
- 6 Chai Tea Cubes (I like to use *Tazo Chai Spice or Tazo Organic Chai when not using Loose Leaf Teas– you can also use the *Oregon Chai Liquid Concentrate as well)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (or any Non-Dairy Milk you prefer – Dairy can be used if desired. I use the *Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Breeze Almond Milk for this drink unless I have homemade almond milk prepared)
- 1-2 Tbsp of Raw Honey, Agave Nectar, or any *Natural Sweetener (You can sweeten tea before its chilled)
- Dash of Cinnamon
Blend Until Smooth, Serve and Enjoy.
***NOTE: If you wanted to make this more creamy and add the benefits of fruit you could slice up a Banana and blend that in as well, just increase your liquid. I would also keep a small cup of Chai Tea Concentrate (brewed or prepackaged) to add as the more liquid and keep the taste more chai flavored. You can increase the cubes and liquid as you blend to get Your Own Desired Taste and Consistency.
