30 Day Smoothie/Juice Challenge:
DAY 15: Recipe of the Day
Beet, Apple, Mint Juice
- 1 small beet, chopped
- 5 carrots
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs
Press through Juicer, stir and serve immediately. ENJOY.
Cucumber Lime Refresher
- 1-1/2 medium cucumbers, juiced
- 2 limes, juices (using a citrus press)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberry ice cubes*
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, juiced
- 1-1/2 tsp honey or agave nectar (optional)
Juice cucumber, limes, and ginger. Pour over raspberry ice cubes. Enjoy!
*How To Make Raspberry Ice Cubes:
Fill an ice tray with fresh or frozen raspberries. Cover with water or sparkling water. Chill until frozen. (You can also use regular ice and throw in some frozen raspberries, pour drink over ice & berries and enjoy).
